The prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars. All prices are exclusive of GST and any relevant delivery costs unless you are on Waiheke where delivery is free. Prices and delivery charges are subject to change without notice.
Method of Payment
We currently accept credit cards, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX via Stripe, bank transfer, COD and Bitcoin.
Security of Payment
All orders are processed through a secure checkout system which encodes sensitive information when it passes through the internet.
Purchases Subject to Availability
All products are sold subject to availability. We will, however, be focused on keeping sufficient stocks as we know how frustrating it is otherwise. We will email you in the unlikely event that you’ve ordered a product that is temporarily out of stock. We will let you know how long it will take on backorder or if you prefer we can refund any payment made for the relevant purchase amount or provide an alternative product – your choice.
Orders and Returns
All orders will be sent to the delivery address you specify on the order form.
We respect your privacy and package your order with security in mind.
We use the best freight options for your location and budget. All orders are sent in plain packaging. No-one will be able to guess what the package contains or who the sender is. No logo or lettering mentioning Waiheke Green Cross will be found on the parcel.
The only markings on your parcel are your address label on the front and a postal/parcel service sticker, depending on the service used.
If you have any problems regarding your delivery, contact us and we’ll check on its progress.
No delivery charges for Waiheke addresses
If you are lucky enough to live on, or be visiting Waiheke Island, we offer a FREE delivery to your door service – unless you prefer delivery by NZ Post. You can make this decision at check-out.
Waiheke Green Cross makes every effort to provide detailed descriptions and quality photography of all products. As a result we do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act. So when you are selecting and finalizing the purchase of your products please take time to do so thoroughly.
We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit because of, but not limited to, errors made by the shipping company, errors made by the customer, confiscation by customs, etc. All orders will be placed at the risk of the customer due to lack of control over the package once it leaves our office.
